Internal Sales Professional - Global Market intelligence / Data solutions co.
Central Manchester
£19k-£21k Basic + Excellent commission structure £30k plus
THE COMPANY:
Our client are a global organisation with excellent market presence and brand recognition who have been successfully supplying market intelligence services to blue chip clients for over 20 years. Currently looking to recruit skilled, strategic, intelligent and ambitious internal sales professionals to join their expanding Manchester Telesales operation.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
This is an office based, full cycle telesales role ideal for those who enjoy solution selling at senior level. The solutions you will be selling are of real value to any forward thinking company looking to improve their business strategy or operations allowing clients to, for example, analyse a market, competitors, market influencers and market changes using this information to full effect and translating into a business strategy to target the right customers, at the right time with the right products. The aim is to create a client base to retain and grow whilst continually seeking new business opportunities to maximise your earning potential. Data will be provided however the most successful sales people are those who naturally use their initiative to network within a contact base, leaving no stone unturned.
IN RETURN
* You will be working for a Global organisation which floated on the stock market in 2002
* You will receive an excellent commission structure designed to maximise rewards for your efforts, there will be no threshold, you will receive commission on everything you sell with excellent percentage commission rates rising in relation to your achievement against target/over target
* You will be in a consultative sales role where you will be adding value to clients organisations with relatively quick sales cycles (less time waiting for your commission)
* You will have the opportunity to progress. Various routes of progression are available namely progression to senior sales status, Team Leader, Account Manager or client facing Business Development
* You will receive ongoing training, development and support providing you with all the tools you need to succeed
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Due to the immediate demands of the role it is essential all applicants match the following criteria:
* You will be a graduate, or will be of graduate calibre, with natural business acumen AND proven business to business solution sales experience
* You will have previously worked within an outbound solution sales environment accustomed to KPIs and targets and will now be seeking an opportunity where the focus is on the results, and the rewards!
* Determined, resourceful and target driven
* Commercially minded and ambitious - you will be someone who has kept evidence of your sales successes/can access information to back up your sales achievements
* Capable of pitching at CEO / CFO level
* Any solution sales background can be considered, most important is having the right attitude, professionalism, drive and determination
* Those with solid telephone based sales experience in the following industries will be of particular interest: Market Intelligence, Data capture / Research, Subscription based sales, Media/Advertising sales, IT solutions/services (not hardware), sales within the corporate Energy sector, sales within the Healthcare sector, target led Recruitment Consultants
