Sales & Telemarketing Account Manager - facilities management/contract cleaning sector.
£18-21k basic, £25-27k OTE 1st year OTE uncapped.
Central and South Manchester location.
Industry sales experience is not necessary, however must have proven telemarketing/telesales experience.

Our client is a professional cleaning company based in the North West, offering both commercial and industrial cleaning to a wide market, including many blue-chip clients. An extremely well established organisation with an excellent reputation in the North West.
Role
A business to business telemarketing and appointment making role.
Working from an existing client database.
Selling to existing and dormant clients.
Proactively prospecting for new business and gaining referrals with small to large organisations.
Building long term and profitable business relationships with decision makers in companies.
Understanding client need
Ensure a high level of service is delivered coupled with increasing revenue at every opportunity.
Client account management responsibilities
Follow up calls to ensure client satisfaction.
Responsible for selling the benefits of this organisation.
Arranging a qualified and quality appointment for a member of the field sales to attend a client meeting to close the sale.
Carrying out research on new companies and constant client liaison over the phone.
Additional duties may be sending out and managing mailshots.
Ideal Experience
Ideally you will have a solid and successful background in a proactive telemarketing or telesales role.
Proven experience gained within a targeted business to business sales arena.
Must be able to demonstrate the skills outlined in the above job description.
Must have to ability to seek out and secure client appointments.
Excellent client research skills.
A professional and consultative approach is important in order to develop good working relationships with high level decision makers.
