SENIOR RECRUITMENT OPPORTUNITY / TEAM LEADER ROLE - WARM DESK - Headhunting/Search & Selection - Mid to Senior level Overseas, Property & Technical, Civil Engineering, Rail Recruitment.
£18-25k Basic (negotiable), £35k-45k 1st year OTE uncapped + benefits + career progression.
South Manchester/Cheshire location.
CLIENT/COMPANY;
* A highly consultative recruitment organisation focusing on recruiting mid to senior level personnel within the Property, Surveying, Construction, Technical, Civil and Rail arenas, encompassing UK and overseas recruitment.
* This agency is currently expanding their Manchester office and are seeking to recruit an experienced recruitment consultant who would like to join a well established agency in a senior level position with the opportunity to build a successful recruitment division and team around them.
SENIOR RECRUITMENT OPPORTUNITY / TEAM LEADER OPPORTUNITY
* Focusing on search & selection and head-hunting recruitment and taking a sophisticated and in-depth approach to recruitment.
* Recruiting at Mid to Senior level with salaries of £40k and above.
* Opportunity to work across the relevant sectors including Overseas, Property, Construction, Technical, Civil Engineering, Rail Recruitment and Oil & Gas.
* An autonomous and independent role where you are free to manage your own time, desk and day.
* Working as a specialist recruitment consultant in an independent company where there will be no restrictions on career development.
* Initially responsible for the development of a specialist recruitment desk and profitable portfolio of clients, then once fully established and equipped, having the opportunity to gradually build a division and team around you with full responsibility for the appointment of this team should you be ready.
REQUIREMENTS AND KEY SKILLS NEEDED;
* Successful applicants will ideally have 12-18 months proven professional recruitment experience.
* Must have permanent recruitment experience or a mixture of permanent and temporary.
* Must have recruited at Mid to Senior level with salaries of £40k and above.
* Recruitment experience will preferably be gained in Property, Surveying, Construction M&E, Social Housing, Overseas or Oil & Gas or similar recruitment sectors.
* Other specialist permanent recruitment backgrounds may be considered if there is a good synergy.
* Most importantly you must be extremely proactive, self motivated and results focused as this is an incredibly driven recruitment environment.
* May suit somebody working in a large recruitment firm where there are not able to progress and are not given the autonomy in the role to develop.
* Will NOT suit purely temporary recruitment experience due to the pace of this type of recruitment.
IN RETURN;
* £18-25k Basic (negotiable)
* £35k-45k 1st year uncapped OTE.
* £45-70k 2nd year uncapped OTE.
