Log in Help Page


Throughout JobsWestYorkshire you will find log-in boxes. These boxes are for users to access their online account once registered with JobsWestYorkshire.

All log in boxes contain...

· Two text fields
The first (top) text field is where your email address is typed and the second (bottom) text field is where your password is typed. Passwords can be no longer than 12 characters.

Two text links
The first text link (Forgotten your password?) takes you to a page where you can request your password by submitting your email address. Once you have done this, your password is sent to you via email.

The second text link (Register for an account) takes you to a page within the ‘My Account’ section. From here you will be able to create a JobsWestYorkshire account and use all the facilities the site has to offer.

There are different sections of JobsWestYorkshire in which log-in boxes can be found:

·         Log in from home page
The log in box is situated on the top right hand side of the home page.

·         Log in from other parts of the site
Throughout JobsWestYorkshire you will see log-in boxes on the right hand side of the page.

·         Log in for registered users (candidates & recruiters)
In JobsWestYorkshire there are certain tabs that registered users (candidates/recruiters) can only get access to e.g. Job Search > Saved Searches & My Account > My Profile / etc and any page of the Recruiters Centre.

If you have not logged into the site and you try and access these sections, you will be presented with a log-in box. These log-in boxes are used in the same way as home page log in boxes but are slightly different in appearance.

Only JobsWestYorkshire recruiters can access the Recruiters Centre. Passwords are generated via the JobsWestYorkshire team and can not be created through the site.
